Wouldn't it be nice if God sent an angel every time?

My blog today comes from a recent publication of Covenant Players, a drama ministry where I served for many years.  It highlights how a young woman decided to serve the Lord in Covenant Players, as a way of finding direction for her own life.

Wouldnt it be nice if God sent an angel to us every time we needed to make an important life decision?  Most of us do not see an angel, or writing in the sky, when we join Covenant Players.  God lets us know in different ways.

Most of us have an “I saw Covenant Players (time frame) and (joining story)”.
Not Catherine Pinckney. She never met CP before coming to California last August.
Hailing from Grand Rapids, Michigan, her family includes her parents, Richard & Laura, her brother Justus, and her sister, Jessica. Catherine’s dad had seen Covenant Players when he was younger and remembered the name, so she decided to contact us.
“I decided to join CP because I needed a year after high school to dedicate to God and be able to put all my faith in Him. I wanted to trust God in ways that I never did before. I wanted to serve God and also give myself time to figure out who I am and what it is God wants me to do with my life.”
One of Catherine’s loves is theology, and she would be perfectly happy studying it for hours each day. In the mean time, she is busy studying scripts on the Charlemagne Unit with Mélodie Lumbu, UL, and Ramona Wanie.
